The Golden Lotus Meditation, developed by Yogiraj Gurunath, is a simple and effective heart-centered meditation. It’s great for beginners looking to start a meditation practice or can be used to complement an existing one.
This technique not only brings the mind to a more tranquil state, but cultivates inner joy and purges negative emotions. This happens via a simple mantra/affirmation attached to passive breath awareness combined with visualization at the heart center. An active breathing sequence is included as a means to intensify the emotional purging effect if desired.
